Terms & Policies

BOOKING:

We highly recommend booking your services two weeks in advance to ensure your preferred time and services will be available. You may request a male or female practitioner and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular practitioner. All services are based on availability and prices are subject to change. Please contact us by phone at 928.862.4400.

APPOINTMENTS:

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. We do not double book. Therefore we request that you respect your practitioners time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. We honor each guest’s time. Therefore, late arrivals will only receive the time remaining of their appointment, and will be charged for the entire treatment. Arriving late compromises the integrity of the session. Late arrivals that are close or over 50% of the session time will be at the discretion of the practitioners whether they proceed with the session and regardless, your credit card will be charged. Our treatment rooms and waiting room are quiet spaces; please turn off all electronics and cell phones.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING:

We ask that you honor our practitioners time and require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to arrive for a scheduled treatment or cancelling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of scheduled treatments. If you are a no-show for your appointment 15% will be added on to the service no show fee including the 100% charge for the no show.  Please phone us 928.862.4400 to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for your consideration!

RETREAT/WORKSHOP/PROGRAM CANCELLATION:

If you should have to cancel unexpectedly here are our terms: Your deposit is fully refundable less a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel in writing at least 21days before the event. After that date, there are absolutely no refunds. Gateway Cottage Wellness Center LLC reserve the right to cancel programs, retreats and workshops in the event of natural disasters, inclement weather, a facilitator’s illness or death, damage to the venue, or inadequate enrollment. We will provide notice by email as soon as possible, and any payments will be refunded. The practitioners reserve the right to discontinue or cancel services in the event of client inebriation or any interference that renders the practitioners unable to appropriately perform their healing arts. These cancellations are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy and client will be charged for the full cost of service.

However, Gateway Cottage Wellness Center LLC  are unable to refund any transportation, flight, lodging or other incidental expenses incurred. It is highly suggested you obtain travel insurance. You can review insurance plans here:

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

For your practitioner to best serve you, please inform them of any allergies, medical conditions or injuries which may affect your treatment. We maintain a very clean environment, providing air filters and Electro-Magnetic Frequency (EMF) filters throughout the building.  In order to maintain an allergy-free environment, we ask that you do not wear any scents, including but not limited to perfume, cologne, and essential oils. Please help us maintain a clean, safe environment for those with chemical sensitivities and allergies!

GRATUITIES:

Gratuities are not included in your treatment pricing. We recommend a 20-25% gratuity which is completely at your discretion.  

VALUABLES:

Gateway Cottage Wellness Center is not responsible for any lost items. We suggest that you do not bring jewelry or valuables that may be easily forgotten.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are available in any amount you choose.  What better way to give the gift of wellness?
