KT has 25 years’ experience in therapeutic body massage. Her background is in massage, personal training and yoga.
KT began her career after she was hit on her bike by a Mac truck and she used bodywork for her own recovery and healing. She was an amateur tri-athlete for many years and has worked on Ironman athletes during their training. She understands the importance of getting back to competing as well as relieving chronic pain. KT specializes in working with people who have suffered traumatic injuries but is also able to be of aid for anyone seeking relief from average body pain and discomforts.
KT has worked in Aspen, Colorado at the Ritz Carlton and the Aspen Club and Spa. She also had the pleasure of working at the Four Seasons Resort in Kona, Hawaii and the Hapuna Beach Resort in Waimea, Hawaii.
KT has an innate ability to access a client’s needs to regain perfect alignment in body, mind, and spirit using a range of therapeutic methods, including hot stone, Swedish, deep tissue, sports and pregnancy massage.

Massage w/Hot Stones
Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. The premise behind hot stone massage is that the warmth of the stones relaxes muscles allowing deeper access to the muscle layers. Combining hot stones with a full body massage provides a very healing experience. The hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.
Myofascial work releases restrictions in the fascia, or sheets of connective tissue which hold the muscles in place. It’s long slow strokes and restoring stretches are not painful, feel very good, and leave you feeling more loose, open, expanded, and able to move and breathe better. Neuro-Muscular Therapy is a form of advanced deep tissue work which releases holding patterns that keep us in discomfort from muscles, fascia and connective tissue. It increases range of motion and restores the body to it’s loose and natural state. It involves long myofascial strokes and techniques like trigger point release.
